In a world where everything is fake and filtered.
In a world where where our young generation idolises anyone who can master the art of this fakery.
In a world where ‘celebrities’ are famous, for nothing other than how they look or what they wear/use to create these illusions.
In a world where where our little girls, and boys, are being blinded by ‘role models’ so seemingly ‘perfect’, they are not remotely real at all…
Be this girl.
Or at least let this girl be the change.
She knew the world was watching, THE WORLD.
And guess what, she showed up looking exactly like herself.
Doesn’t matter If you didn’t like her dress, if it was too plain.
If her make up was too ‘natural’ as I have heard so many say.
She is beautiful, no doubt about that.
But also pretty brave not to try and deliver the masses what they were waiting for; elaborate hair, perfect make-up, a stunning, never-to-be-forgotten dress…
We will all forget her dress instantly, I can’t even tell you about her hair or make-up, it was so forgettable…
What we will remember is – how confident, how elegant and how stunning she was.
Quite simply, she believes in herself because she knows she is much more than a face.
Let this be the new trend.
Ladies, pass it on…
