This Is Your Sunday Reminder…

This is your Sunday reminder…
That just because something has held you back in the past, doesn’t mean it has to forever. You are in control – if you look closely you will see it was you all along.
That wonderful things can happen at any moment, be ready, always be ready. Some people might say, it’s the wanting who win.
That every week, even the best ones, have to begin on a Monday. Don’t dread it. It’s just a day and you can decide how it feels.
That what other people think of you is none of your business, it’s irrelevant. They can only ever see you through the filter of their own emotions anyway and you can’t control that. Stop trying.
That you don’t have to be perfect. Perfection is a myth, we are all just doing the best we can and we are all flawed. Everyone, bar no one. It’s a relief when that sinks in.
That hope and love are really all you need to get by. If you’re struggling, think of those two things and nothing else and you will get through….one step at a time.
That life is a constant battle to stay on top, stay focused, succeed more, give more, be more. It’s okay to slow down and say I need a break. It’s not only okay, it’s smart.
It’s not about what happens to you in this week, its about how you deal with it. How you choose to feel about it. The feelings were created in your brain but you don’t have to take them onboard. It’s totally your call.
That we are only here for a short time so don’t waste precious moments hating others, hating yourself, regretting the past or putting up with bullshit. If you were reading a book and you were the main character, would you be okay with that? What would you change? Change it, now. It’s time.
Have a great week everyone, pass this on and spread the positivity. It’s all we can do for each other and it’s sometimes all we need.
You got this.

This is your Sunday evening remonder
